Shipping Information

At JHB Marketplace, we want your shopping experience to be simple from checkout to delivery. Below, you'll find information about our shipping options, order processing, delivery updates, and what to expect when your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Free U.S. Shipping on Orders of $75 or More

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders totaling $75 or more.

For orders below $75, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we begin processing it for fulfillment.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and the fulfillment partner responsible for preparing your order. Some items, including print-on-demand products, are made or printed after an order is placed.

Please allow time for your items to be prepared before they ship. If an estimated processing or delivery timeframe is provided on a product page or at checkout, please use that information as your guide.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping destination, fulfillment location, and carrier.

Your estimated delivery timeframe, when available, will be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package's progress.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find your confirmation or shipping notification.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days or you have questions about your shipment, please contact us for assistance.

Multiple Shipments

Depending on the items you purchase, your order may be fulfilled by more than one supplier or fulfillment location.

If your order contains products that ship separately, you may receive multiple packages at different times. When separate tracking information is available, we will provide it for the applicable shipments.

You will not necessarily receive every item in your order in the same package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

JHB Marketplace cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrectly entered address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a carrier or fulfillment partner permits an address correction or reshipment.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Although we work to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped smoothly, occasional shipping issues can occur.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us with your order number and any relevant tracking information.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include photographs when possible so we can review the issue and help determine the appropriate next steps.
