JHB MarketPlace Returns

Once on the login page, enter the email used during your purchase and a verification code will be sent to that email.  Upon entering the code you will be redirected to your order history.  Click on the product that you would like to return, locate the "Request Return" button on the right side of the page and follow the steps.

If your return is accepted, acceptance can take up to 48hours to process, a return shipping label will be provided by email.  Then it is up to the customer to package and send items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
